I think its a great chair, visually stunning and the look/feel makes it look unique but elegant, however the only criticism that I could give is that the chair is firm i.e. it's not a sofa that you sink into. Its not much of an issue as you can still use the sofa comfortably but it would be even better if the filling was slightly softer. Other than that, I love it. Customer service was also helpful and straightforward to get in touch with. Thanks!!
